TECHNODOMUS 2010
Dias for Technology
After the success of the 1st
edition acclaimed by all operators in the
sector, TECHNODOMUS is back and more ambitious
than ever, promoted as a leading market event
for wood technology applications in the building
and furniture industries. The organizers are
hard at work on the finalization of the layout
of TECHNODOMUS 2010, the Expo of Wood Technology
for the Furnishing and Construction Industries,
being held at Rimini Fiera from Tuesday 20th to
Saturday 24th April 2010.
Regarding the event, Marco
Cecchini, Project Manager, TECHNODOMUS cleared
some of our queries. According to him, though
XYLEXPO will be following TECHNODOMUS in the
month of May, TECHNODOMUS is likely to create
its own niche in the industry. “I think many
exhibitors will decide to invest in both the
fairs. TECHNODOMUS represents a new alternative
option for the woodworking market: a very
important part of Italian production, starting
from the leading manufacturers of woodworking
machinery, in fact they have chosen Rimini as
the only appointment in the 2010. We believe
that the key factors of our success are the
visitors who will choose which exhibition can
answer to their real needs, not to the
established habits.”
For him the USP of TECHNODOMUS is
“the high quality of our product at lower
prices. We strategically choose to co-locate
TECHNODOMUS from the 20th to the 24th of April,
in order to capitalize the synergy with Salone
Internazionale del Mobile, giving to TECHNODOMUS
the appeal for visitors, foreign especially, who
can visit both the exhibitions in only one trip
in Italy.”
On the much hyped controversy
regarding the participation of three titans:
Biesse, Cefla, SCM in TECHNODOMUS and not in
XYLEXPO, he stated: “Our focus is to consolidate
a new fair product in an important productive
district of woodworking sector, not the
challenge with XYLEXPO.
The confirmation of the 3 biggest Italian
companies gives the propulsion to sales, but our
principle target is to attract qualified
visitors: exhibitor’s link net plays a
fundamental role and our communication campaign
is structured to speak with door/window,
furnishing and construction industries clusters
of Europe, North Africa, South America and
North Asia in particular.” |
